Our focus is personal training, self-protection and healing. Movements are adaptable to all body types, sizes and ages. All levels work together to foster a deeper understanding of the learning process and to convey layers of knowledge present within the teachings. My adult students range from 18-67 y.o.a.

Adults train: Mon, Wed, Fri 6:30 - 8:00, Sat 10:30 - 12:00

How Does Kung Fu (Gung Fu) Compare to Tae Kwan Do, Aikido, Jujutsu, Karate, Tai Chi?

Gung-Fu is the art of continuous motion in circles and arcs. Emphasis is placed on precise movement, posture and deep breathing.

All the principles for lesson instruction are extracted from the forms of the system and applied to real application for self-protection.

Students can expect a feeling of wellness from performing the various movements in class with enhanced breathing capability.

Kung Fu means hard work... anything in life that take time and energy to accomplish can be considered a kung fu... art, music, family, etc

Qi Gong Seminars- No Martial Arts Commitment Necessary

Then, as you progress, you will learn to condition the 6 main phases of elemental energy: metal, fire, earth, water, wood and control.
