Adult Classes are appropriate for anyone of any age that wishes to experience the benefits of training in gung-fu. We do not require you to do wild kicks or fight for sport. Our focus is personal training, self-protection and healing. Movements are adaptable to all body types, sizes and ages. All levels work together to foster a deeper understanding of the learning process and to convey layers of knowledge present within the teachings. My adult students range from 18-67 y.o.a.
Adults train: Mon, Wed, Fri 6:30 - 8:00, Sat 10:30 - 12:00
