Kung Fu Michigan will hold basic introductory qigong healing focus seminars the first weekend of every month. Learn basics of conditioning the 12 primary meridians (energy pathways) of the body: large intestine, lung, heart, small intestine, pericardium, triple warmer, gall bladder, liver, bladder, stomach, spleen and kidney. Then, as you progress, you will learn to condition the 6 main phases of elemental energy: metal, fire, earth, water, wood and control. Exercises are simple enough for anyone to perform and DO NOT require a martial arts commitment.
Group meets 1-3 pm on the first Saturday of the month. Register in advance.
